Bugs squashed, v0.8r1 released

I came across two pretty nasty bugs in 0.8 which have now been fixed.

• When selecting a character that wasn't on screen using an Xbox controller, the name and location of the character won't update, resulting in the display stating '-4 is in -4' rather than 'Wilma is in Market Street' for example.
• When pressing numbers during the demo sequence, the camera is supposed to change to the corresponding character's location. Instead, the game crashed.
